I liked the shipping process, where I found shipping done with safety.
The product is genuine, from DJI and its working as described.
But one thing which disappointed me is the charging cable, as it’s not working I can’t charge my OM4 with the given cable, and presently I’m using my own cable I have.
Besides which, everything is perfect..

I want to tell one thing. At first this gimbal didn't work for 3-4 hours.???? I thought better to charge. I charged it for 2 hours. Even it didn't work. GREEN color light blinked with RED color. I fredup with that???? and I try to return????. I clicked return option. At last I thought let me try once(last chance)????. And I worked on that. At last what I was know that it was my mistake????????. In Dji Mimo App there is installation called firmware.. I didn't completed that work so it didn't work. After I regret that mistake. It's working Good????... Sorry for my mistake Retail seller...
